I love Eureka.I only started watching the third season, so I wanted to catch up and these seasons were a great, affordable way to do so.
Totally worth it. The first season set the scene, but they really found their footing in the second season.
There has to be enough "wierdness" in it to excite the imagination. But it is the comedy that really makes it flow.
I intend to buy Season Three if the Producers ever come to their senses and sell it as a whole instead of Part 1 and Part 2. I own Season One and now Season Two.
A really good Science Fiction is hard to find. The Sheriff and his daughter were outsiders who fell into the job so every day is totally new to him.
What is that anyway. There has to be enough "possible" in it to make it hold together.
EUREKA succeeds on both counts.
Just happens to be the sheriff in a town filled withthe smartest people on the planet. is no guarantee ofcommon sense, or even sanity. The comedic results are often priceless. There are very few things on modern tv that are actually worth the effort to turn on the boob tube, but Eureka is one of the few.Take one part science fiction, one part cop show, and one part comedy. But one of the first things he has learned in this job is that a high I.Q. Shake well in a test tube and you get Eureka. The show revolves around the town sheriff. He`s pretty much an average Joe.
she loved it and hasn't had any complaints. this was a gift for my daughter.
